SCALE WEIGHT TICKET NO. 3957 ISSUED BY THE SALINA WASTE PAPER COMPANY WHICH SHOWS A CERTIFIED WEIGHT OF 6,280 POUNDS AND WHICH APPARENTLY IS THE DOCUMENT REFERRED TO IN YOUR LETTER HAS NOW BEEN ASSOCIATED WITH THE FILE.

THE CLAIM RECORD PERTAINING TO THE TRANSPORTATION OF HOUSEHOLD GOODS FOR STAFF SERGEANT RALPH W. WETZEL FROM SCHILLING AIR FORCE BASE, KANSAS, TO ASHLAND, WISCONSIN, IS SUPPORTED BY SCALE WEIGHT TICKET NO. 3962 ISSUED ON THE SAME DAY BY THE SAME COMPANY AND SHOWS A WEIGHT OF 3,740 POUNDS WHICH CORRESPONDS WITH THE WEIGHT SHOWN ON BILL OF LADING AF-7249492 DATED SEPTEMBER 2, 1958. IT IS NOTED THAT SCALE TICKET 3962 HAS WRITTEN ON IT THE NAME "WETZEL" APPARENTLY IDENTIFYING IT WITH SERGEANT WETZEL'S EFFECTS WHILE SCALE TICKET 3957 HAS WRITTEN ON IT THE NAME ,STEWART.' THUS IT APPEARS THE SCALE WEIGHT TICKET UPON WHICH YOUR CLAIM FOR THE ADDITIONAL CHARGES WAS BASED PERTAINS TO ANOTHER SHIPMENT.

ACCORDINGLY, THE DISALLOWANCE OF YOUR CLAIM APPEARS TO HAVE BEEN PROPER, AND IS SUSTAINED.
