YOUR LETTER OF MARCH 12, 1960, REQUESTS REVIEW OF OUR SETTLEMENT OF MARCH 24, 1959, WHICH DISALLOWED YOUR CLAIM AS A FORMER EMPLOYEE OF THE DEPARTMENT OF THE ARMY, ISMIR, TURKEY, FOR ADDITIONAL SALARY, PER DIEM, AND MISCELLANEOUS EXPENSES INCURRED INCIDENT TO YOUR RETURN TO THE UNITED STATES.

YOU WERE ADVISED IN OUR LETTER OF APRIL 9, 1959, THAT SHOULD YOU REQUEST REVIEW OF THE DISALLOWANCE OF YOUR CLAIM, IT WOULD BE NECESSARY FOR YOU TO ESTABLISH, BY MEANS OF PROPER EVIDENCE, THAT THE CLAIM WAS INCORRECTLY DISALLOWED.
