FURTHER REFERENCE IS MADE TO YOUR LETTER OF FEBRUARY 23, 1960, RELATIVE TO GRIGGS CLAIMS OC-5861, 5862 AND 6093, REQUESTING A REVIEW OF OUR SETTLEMENT CERTIFICATES DATED FEBRUARY 15, 1960, WHICH DISALLOWED YOUR CLAIMS FOR $182.58 AND $91.82 ADDITIONAL CHARGES ON SHIPMENTS OF ELECTRIC GENERATORS AND CHEMICALS WHICH MOVED FROM WARNER ROBINS, GEORGIA, TO ROME, NEW YORK, UNDER GOVERNMENT BILLS OF LADING WX-7418396, WX-7418385 AND WX- 7419686 IN NOVEMBER AND DECEMBER 1952.
