THESE AMOUNTS, REPRESENTING CALIFORNIA STATE HIGHWAY USER TAX CHARGES PROVIDED IN ITEM 210 OF AGENT LYLE DEVUYST'S TARIFF NO. 3-C, MF-I.C.C. NO. 26, WERE DEDUCTED FROM SUMS OTHERWISE DUE YOU, PURSUANT TO 49 U.S.C.A. 66.
