REFERENCE IS MADE TO YOUR VARIOUS LETTERS, FILE TW-331-T-9031-AA, ETC., CONCERNING THE QUESTION OF TRANSIT PRIVILEGES AT ORDNANCE, OREGON, PASCO, WASHINGTON, CLEVELAND, OHIO, HERLONG, CALIFORNIA, AND TERRE HAUTE, INDIANA, UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF TRANSIT TARIFF NO. T-1 A.

AN EXAMINATION OF YOUR CLAIMS THUS FAR LOCATED INDICATES THAT THE ISSUE INVOLVED IS THE SAME AS IN THE WESTERN PACIFIC CASE, C.CLS. NO. 533-52, AND, SINCE THAT ISSUE HAS BEEN HANDLED UNDER OUR SO-CALLED "T 109" PROCEDURE IN SIMILAR INSTANCES, NO OBJECTION IS SEEN TO ITS USE IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR CLAIMS. HOWEVER, THE PROPER PROCEDURE FOR REINSTATING YOUR CLAIMS WHICH HAVE BEEN DISALLOWED IS FOR YOU TO FILEA SUPPLEMENTAL CLAIM, REFERRING TO "G.A.O. T-109 PROCEDURE," ON STANDARD FORM NO. 1113, WITH THE ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SHIPMENT, IN ORDER THAT IT MAY BE DULY RECORDED AND CERTIFIED THERE BEFORE BEING TRANSMITTED TO OUR OFFICE WITH THE REQUIRED INFORMATION. SUCH ACTION ON YOUR PART WILL SAVE CONSIDERABLE TIME IN THE HANDLING OF YOUR CLAIMS. THE CLAIMS FORWARDED DIRECTLY TO OUR OFFICE MUST BE TRANSMITTED TO THE ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICE CONCERNED FOR THE ABOVE MENTIONED PROCESSING AND CERTIFICATION.
