IN OUR LETTER OF SEPTEMBER 28, 1955, WE INFORMED YOU THAT WHEN THE ATTORNEY GENERAL INFORMS US THAT THE NECESSARY ARRANGEMENTS HAVE BEEN MADE, WE WILL PLACE THE CLAIMS IN CHANNELS FOR IMMEDIATE SETTLEMENT. HAVE RECEIVED NO COMMUNICATION FROM THE ATTORNEY GENERAL, AND IN OUR LETTER OF NOVEMBER 22, 1955, WE BROUGHT TO HIS ATTENTION THAT WE RECEIVED A COPY OF A MOTION AND ORDER OF DISMISSAL WHICH YOU FILED IN THE CASE. ASKED THE ATTORNEY GENERAL IF THE NECESSARY ARRANGEMENTS AUTHORIZING ADMINISTRATIVE SETTLEMENT HERE HAVE BEEN COMPLETED.
