THE CLAIMANT APPEARS TO BE ENTITLED, AS EXECUTOR OF THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF GEORGE D. SMITH, DECEASED, TO SUCH AMOUNT AS WAS LEGALLY DUE THE DECEDENT FOR ARMORY DRILL PAY AND FIELD TRAINING PAY AT THE DATE OF HIS DEATH (SEE THE ACT OF JUNE 30, 1906, 34 STAT. 750, AS AMENDED BY SECTION 4 OF THE ACT OF FEBRUARY 25, 1946, 60 STAT. 30) AND TO SUCH AMOUNT AS WAS LEGALLY DUE FOR CIVILIAN PAY, INCLUDING PAY FOR ACCRUED ANNUAL LEAVE (SEE 30 COMP. GEN. 166) AND PAYMENT TO THE CLAIMANT OF THOSE AMOUNTS IS AUTHORIZED, IF OTHERWISE CORRECT, NO DETERMINATION BEING MADE HEREIN AS TO THE CORRECTNESS OF THE AMOUNT OF SUCH PAYMENTS, OR AS TO THE CORRECTNESS OF THE SUBMITTED PAY ROLLS IN OTHER RESPECTS.

WITH REFERENCE TO CHECKS NOS. 135,238 AND 137,095, YOU ARE ADVISED THAT AUTHORIZATIONS HAVE BEEN PLACED THEREON MAKING THE SAME PAYABLE IN THE USUAL MANNER ON THE ENDORSEMENT OF THE ALLIANCE FIRST NATIONAL BANK, ALLIANCE, OHIO, AS EXECUTOR OF THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF GEORGE D.
