Pursuant to a congressional request, GAO reviewed the Senate Health Promotion Revolving Fund's statement of financial position as of December 31, 1990, and the related statements of operations and cash flows for the year then ended.

GAO found that the: (1) financial statements presented fairly, in all material respects, the Senate Health Promotion Revolving Fund's financial position as of December 31, 1990, and the results of its operations and cash flows for the year then ended in conformity with generally accepted accounting principles; and (2) Fund complied in all material respects with applicable laws and regulations.
