Pursuant to a legislative requirement and a congressional request, GAO provided information on the audited balance sheets of the Senate Restaurants Revolving Fund as of September 29, 1990, and September 30, 1989, and the related statements of operations and cash flow for the years then ended.

GAO found that: (1) there were no material weaknesses in the system; and (2) the financial statements presented fairly, in all material respects, the financial position of the fund as of September 29, 1990, and September 30, 1989, and the results of its operations and its cash flows for the years then ended, in conformity with generally accepted accounting principles.
