GAO examined the statements of the financial condition of the Federal Financing Bank as of September 30, 1984 and 1983, and the related statements of income and changes in retained earnings and changes in financial position for the years then ended.

GAO found that the financial statements presented fairly the financial position of the Federal Financing Bank as of September 30, 1984 and 1983, and the results of its operations and the changes in its financial position for the years then ended, in conformity with generally accepted accounting principles applied on a consistent basis.
