A former employee of the District of Columbia Financial Responsibility and Management Assistance Authority ("Control Board") requested GAO's assistance in obtaining $39,222.00 for additional severance pay following the termination of his employee.

GAO determined that we did not have jurisdiction over the employee's claim, and for that reason, could not consider it on its merits.
