Payments--Advance--Tuition, Etc., Payments

The Commandant of the U.S. Coast Guard asked GAO for an advance decision on whether the Coast Guard may make payment of tuition and related fees to colleges, universities, and similar institutions for training of Coast Guard military personnel at the time of enrollment, or otherwise, as may be provided by the rules of the Institution for its students generally.
