Operation of Canteens on the Pribilof Islands

The Department of the Interior requested GAO's opinion on the operation of canteens on the Pribilof Islands for the benefit and welfare of the natives of these islands. Specifically, Interior asked about the use of appropriated funds and the process of supplying goods to the native population.
