Request for Reconsideration of a Decision Denying Per Diem to Members of Reserve Components

The Air Force requested that GAO reconsider its decision which denied per diem to members of the reserve components ordered to duty for periods of less than 20 weeks when quarters and mess are available. Also, a decision was requested as to whether the regulations may be amended to authorize per diem for more than 20 weeks under certain circumstances.
