National Endowment of the Arts--Department of Justice--Appropriations Availability--Payment of Settlement

A Department of Justice Official requested that GAO review the National Endowment for the Arts (NEA) proposal to pay a settlement by using unobligated appropriations from fiscal years prior to the fiscal year of the settlement agreement.
