Request for Comments on H.R. 14740

The House Committee on Government Operations requested GAO's opinions on H.R. 14740, a bill "to provide for the efficient and regular distribution of current information on Federal domestic assistance programs." GAO favored two amendments made by the Senate which would clarify who would be included under the act.
