A firm protested a Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization (DITCO) contract award for program management office support, contending that DITCO improperly evaluated its and the awardees' technical/management proposals. GAO found that DITCO properly evaluated the protester and awardees' technical/management proposals given the amount of detail they included. Accordingly, the protest was denied.
