A firm protested the U.S. Marine Corps' contract award to four Federal Supply Schedule vendors for furniture to be installed at the Amphibious Warfare School, Quantico Marine Corps Base, Virginia. GAO found that the protester's enabling statute provides for binding resolution of such disputes by an arbitration board. Accordingly, the protest was dismissed.
