A firm protested a Department of the Air Force contract award for the simplified acquisition of base engineering requirements, contending that awardee was ineligible for award and that the Air Force improperly evaluate the awardee's past performance. GAO held that the Air Force properly evaluated the awardee's past performance. Accordingly, the protest was denied.
