A firm protested a U.S. Army Corps of Engineers contract award for dredge material and disposal area management and levee maintenance, contending that the Army Corps of Engineers improperly evaluated the proposals. GAO held that the Army Corps of Engineers reasonably considered past performance references in evaluating the protester's proposal. Accordingly, the protest was denied.
