Social Security Administration; MCI WorldCom Communications, Inc.--Reconsideration

Two firms requested reconsideration of a prior decision, contending that GAO's findings of prejudice were incorrect. GAO held that the requesting parties failed to (1) show that the prior decision contains errors of fact or law, or (2) present information not previously considered that warrants such action. Accordingly, the requests for reconsideration were denied.
