A firm protested the Army's decision to terminate its contract and make award to another firm for equipment cleaning, contending that the awardee's bid should have been rejected because the awardee allowed its bid acceptance period to expire. GAO held that the Army properly awarded the contract to the awardee. Accordingly, the protest was denied.
