Protest of Government National Mortgage Association Contract Awards

A firm protested several Government National Mortgage Association (GNMA) contract awards. GAO held that the protest was academic, since GNMA reopened discussions and made a new source selection decision after the firm's protest was filed. Accordingly, the protest was dismissed.
