This decision responds to a request by the Secretary of the Interior to use funds from an appropriation for the construction of roads and trails in national parks to remove a power plant line of the Glacier Park Hotel Company which interferes with the road program in the Glacier National Park. It was found that the removal of the power line pay is not covered under the public fund for the construction of roads and trails unless specific authorization therefore is contained in the appropriation or otherwise in the law.
