[Protest of VA Solicitation for Drugs]

A firm protested the Department of Veterans Affairs' solicitation for the drug clozapine, contending that it was ambiguous with regard to the requirement that proposals address how the contractor will operate and maintain a clozapine registry. GAO held that the solicitation provision requesting the submission of an implementation plan as part of the technical proposal was not ambiguous. Accordingly, the protest was denied.
