[Protest of Army Contract Award for Support Services]

A firm protested two Army contract awards for support services, contending that the Army's evaluation of proposals and selection decisions was unreasonable. GAO held that the Army's evaluation of proposals was consistent with the solicitation terms in selecting the proposals of higher technical ratings. Accordingly, the protest was denied.
