[Protest of Army Exclusion of Bid from Competitive Range for Generators]

A firm protested the Army's rejection of its bid from competitive range for generators, contending that the evaluation of its proposal was improper. GAO held that the Army reasonably evaluated the protester's proposal as technically unacceptable and excluded it from competitive range because of numerous deficiencies and disadvantages. Accordingly, the protest was denied.
