A firm protested a Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) contract award for pharmacy technicians and mail/packaging support, contending that VA's evaluation of its corporate experience was unreasonable and inconsistent with the stated evaluation criteria. GAO held that: (1) there was no basis to conclude that VA's evaluation was inconsistent with the stated evaluation criteria; and (2) VA's evaluation reflected a reasonable assessment of the protester's corporate experience. Accordingly, the protest was denied.
