Highlights

A firm protested a Navy contract award for helicopter depot level maintenance services, contending that the Navy's price realism determination was unreasonable and inconsistent with the stated evaluation criteria. GAO held that the: (1) Navy's price realism determination was reasonable and consistent with the stated evaluation criteria; and (2) Navy reasonably determined that the protester's price was unrealistically low. Accordingly, the protest was denied.
