[Protest of DISA Solicitation for Hardware Maintenance]

Two firms protested a Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) solicitation for preventive and remedial maintenance, contending that the solicitation's requirements were unduly restrictive. GAO held that DISA reasonably determined that the requirements reflected the government's needs. Accordingly, the protests were denied.
