[Protest of Commerce Rejection of Bid for Information Technology Services]

A firm protested the Department of Commerce's rejection of its bid for information technology services, contending that its failure to submit its proposal on time was due to Commerce's failure to inform it of the correct location for the hand-delivery of its proposal. GAO held that Commerce reasonably rejected the protester's bid as late, since the protester contributed to the late delivery of its bid by failing to allow sufficient time for the timely delivery of the bid. Accordingly, the protest was denied.
