[Request for Reimbursement of Bid and Protest Costs]

Several firms claimed reimbursement for their bid protest costs pursuant to their protest of a Military Traffic Management Command (MTMC) solicitation. GAO held that the protesters failed to: (1) file a legally sufficient claim with MTMC within the time required; and (2) diligently pursue the matter by responding to MTMC's subsequent request for additional information. Accordingly, the claims for costs were denied.
