[Protest of EPA Actions Under Solicitation for Laboratory Services]

A firm protested the Environmental Protection Agency's (EPA) actions under a solicitation for laboratory services, contending that certain bids failed to properly complete the solicitation's pricing schedule and therefore should have been rejected as nonresponsive. GAO held that there was no basis to object to EPA's decision to accept bids that failed to include prices for certain items, since prices for the sub-line items, which comprised the line items, were submitted. Accordingly, the protest was denied.
