Highlights

A firm protested an Air Force contract award for demolition services, contending that the Air Force: (1) wrongly rejected its technical proposal; (2) improperly engaged in discussions with some, but not all, bidders; and (3) improperly failed to allow a reasonable amount of time for the submission of responses to its discussion questions. GAO held that the protester was not sufficiently interested to protest the award, since it would not be in line for award even it its protest was sustained. Accordingly, the protest was denied.
