[Protest of Air Force Rejection of Bid for Operation and Maintenance Services]

A firm protested the Air Force's rejection of its bid for operation and maintenance services, contending that the Air Force improperly evaluated its bid. GAO held that the Air Force improperly excluded the protester's bid from the competitive range based on a defective bid evaluation. Accordingly, the protest was sustained, and GAO recommended that the Air Force: (1) make a new competitive range determination that includes the protester's bid; and (2) reimburse the protester for its protest costs.
