[Protest of Navy Solicitation for Servo Valve Test Station]

A firm protested the Navy's rejection of its bid for a manual electro-hydraulic servo valve test station, contending that Navy improperly evaluated its proposal. GAO held that Navy reasonably determined that the protester did not demonstrate that it was offering commercial equipment or provide descriptive literature showing that its product met the Navy's requirements. Accordingly, the protest was denied.
