Highlights

A firm protested the Government Printing Office's (GPO) rejection of its bid for electrostatic copying services, contending that GPO's nonresponsibility determination lacked a reasonable basis. GAO held that GPO reasonably determined that the protester was nonresponsible, since the protester failed to provide sufficient evidence to show that it had or could obtain the required equipment in time to meet the solicitation's delivery schedule. Accordingly, the protest was denied.
