[Protest of VA Contract Award for Renovation Services]

A firm protested a Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) contract award for clinic renovations, contending that the awardee's bid should have been rejected as nonresponsive, since the awardee's pricing method was inconsistent with the solicitation requirements.
