Highlights

A firm protested a Navy contract award for versamodule eurocard chassis, contending that the: (1) awardee's bid did not sufficiently demonstrate that it could meet all of the solicitation specifications; (2) awardee only offered compliant products at additional cost to the Navy; and (3) Navy unreasonably determined that the awardee's bid was technically acceptable. GAO held that the: (1) awardee did not take exception to any solicitation specification or improperly limit its contractual obligations; (2) Navy reasonably determined that the awardee's bid was technically acceptable; and (3) protester untimely filed its additional protests more than 10 days after it knew the basis of protest. Accordingly, the protest was denied.
