[USDA Employee's Claim for Shipping Expenses]

The Department of Agriculture requested a decision as to whether a transferred employee should be reimbursed for shipping his household goods when the government had reimbursed him for shipping his mobile home. GAO held that the employee should not be reimbursed for shipping his household goods, since he was allowed to ship his mobile home in lieu of shipping his household goods. Accordingly, the claim was denied.
