Highlights

A firm requested reconsideration of its dismissed protests of numerous Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) contract awards for radar network support services. GAO had held that the protester: (1) untimely filed after bid opening its protest regarding DISA interpretation of the solicitation's tariff requirements; and (2) did not provide sufficient evidence to support its allegation that DISA allowed the awardee an unfair competitive advantage. In its request for reconsideration, the protester contended that GAO erroneously determined that: (1) its protest was untimely; and (2) it lacked a sufficient basis for protest. GAO held that the protester failed to show any legal or factual errors that would warrant reversal or modification of the original decision. Accordingly, the request for reconsideration was denied.
