A firm protested the Army's cancellation of a solicitation for lodging, dining, and transportation for military cadets, contending that the Army improperly determined that it needed to narrow a geographic restriction. GAO held that the Army reasonably determined that the solicitation's geographic restriction was too broad because of local traffic conditions. Accordingly, the protest was denied.
