Highlights

An individual requested reconsideration of its dismissed protest against the Navy's rejection of its bid for a tomography specialist. GAO had dismissed the protester's protest, since he had filed a concurrent protest on the same basis with the General Services Board of Contract Appeals (GSBCA). In his request for reconsideration, the protester contended that GAO should reinstate his initial protest, since GSBCA dismissed his protest. GAO held that: (1) its original dismissal was proper; and (2) the protester's subsequent protest was untimely. Accordingly, the original decision was affirmed.
