The GAO Women's Advisory Council presented its annual report for fiscal year (FY) 1990. The council addressed a number of issues during FY 1990, including: (1) design and testing of a part-time work survey; (2) conversion to a new appraisal system; (3) review of attrition at GAO; and (4) a sexual harassment survey.
