Highlights

An Army Reservist requested reconsideration of his claim for overtime pay. GAO had held that the claimant failed to to provide any factual or documentary evidence to indicate that his supervisor ordered him to work overtime. In his request for reconsideration, the claimant contended that he was expected by his commander to attend administrative assemblies that caused his work week to exceed 40 hours. GAO held that the claimant failed to show any legal or factual error that would warrant reversal or modification of the original decision. Accordingly, the original decision was affirmed.
