[Claim for Bid Preparation Costs]

A firm requested a decision regarding the amount it was entitled to recover from the Air Force for its bid preparation costs pursuant to its sustained protest. GAO held that the claimant could recover preparation costs to the extent that was documented and reasonably incurred in pursuing the protest. Accordingly, the claim was allowed in part.
