Highlights

A firm protested a Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) contract award for student support services, contending that FLETC improperly evaluated the awardee's bid, since the awardee failed to meet the specified experience requirements. GAO held that the protester was not sufficiently interested to challenge the award, since it would not be next in line for award even if its protest were sustained. Accordingly, the protest was dismissed.
