Highlights

A firm requested reconsideration of its dismissed protest against the Department of Labor's rejection of its bid for microcomputer workstations, contending that: (1) it timely filed its GAO protest after filing an agency-level protest; and (2) it mistakenly listed incorrect model numbers in its bid. GAO held that the protester: (1) failed to establish the timeliness of its protest by informing GAO of its earlier filing; and (2) could not cure a nonresponsive bid after bid opening. Accordingly, the dismissal was affirmed.
