Highlights
A firm protested the Army's exercise of a contract option for ammunition links, contending that the Army: (1) improperly exercised the option at a price higher than it would have offered; and (2) should have competed the option requirements. GAO held that the Army properly: (1) determined its needs; and (2) exercised the option. Accordingly, the protest was denied.
