Plan to Address Changing East-West Security and Economic Relationships

GAO developed a plan to guide it in addressing key issues relating to changing international relations. GAO intends its work in the area of security and international relations to assist U.S. policymakers and legislators in adjusting U.S. programs to the new security, political, and economic environment.
